Check out from the hotel at 5:30 AM. Transfer to the airport. Flight to Mafia Island. The flight will take only 30 minutes. Our guide will meet you at the airport holding a sign with your full name. Transfer to the port and board a boat. Start of a marine tour where we will show you the best snorkeling spots and go in search of giant Whale Sharks. Mafia Island is a paradise in tropical waters. A marine reserve off the coast of Africa offers the chance to admire up to 50 species of corals and 400 species of tropical fish (barracuda, flying fish, tuna, marlin, sailfish, tuna, kingfish, snapper, mackerel, huge cod, and others) and other marine life. You will also have the opportunity to swim with Whale Sharks (which can reach up to 20 meters in length). They are found near the island's shores from October to March. Swimming with them is absolutely safe. And if you're lucky, you might even see Humpback Whales, whose migration route passes by Mafia Island from July to September. A delicious lunch will be served on board. The tour concludes around 4:00 PM. Return transfer to the airport. Departure to Zanzibar at 5:30 PM.
