DAY 1: LAKE MANYARA
5:30 am Departure from your hotel in Zanzibar. Arrival of the group at the airport of Arusha at about 9:00. Meeting of the tour participants by a representative of the company with a sign. Approximately 2.5 hour transfer to the southwest, to Manyara National Park. The road to the park is laid along the Rift Valley, world-famous as the "Great African Rift". The fauna of the park is very diverse. Huge herds of buffalo, grue and zebra gather in the flat part of the park. The inner part of the floodplain is a favorite place for elephants, giraffes, hippos, pygmy antelopes dik dik. World famous Manyara Park has gained thanks to tree-climbing lions, where they spend most of the day looking for prey. At lunch you will stop at a picturesque area where the driver will give you lunch boxes for lunch. After lunch continue the safari until the evening. Dinner and overnight at The Castle Lodge.
DAY 2: NGORONGORO
Early breakfast. Departure for a safari to the unique Ngorongoro Reserve, which shelters more than 25 thousand species of animals. Approximately an hour after leaving, you will find yourself inside the crater. The savannah and mountain forests of which are inhabited by hippos, buffaloes, antelopes, zebras, black rhinos and various predators - lions, cheetahs, hyenas, leopards and jackals. And on Lake Magadi at the bottom of the crater - the largest populations of pink flamingos in Africa. With luck, it is in this place that we will see the "Big Five" in full force. Lunch (lunch boxes). End of safari.
The journey will continue with acquaintance with representatives of the Masai tribe. A trip to a colorful African village, which has hardly been touched by the blessings of civilization. The Masai are the most famous tribe in Tanzania, remain a semi-nomadic people and are engaged in pastoralism. The Masai traditional way of life is preserved from generation to generation and in the 21st century they are ready to open their doors to tourists and acquaint them with their way of life, traditions and culture.
Departure to the city of Arusha. Flight to Zanzibar. Transfer back to your hotel.
