• Ground floor of the Burj Khalifa, to the left of the main entrance under the "At the Top" sign. Tickets can be collected directly before the tour at the counter for pre-booked tickets located to the left on the lower level of the Dubai Mall. Note that the counter for the issuance of pre-booked tickets, the Dubai Mall, and the Burj Khalifa are part of one complex. For visitors by car: The Burj Khalifa is located near the first interchange on Sheikh Zayed Road. Follow the first exit onto Financial Centre Road (formerly Doha Street). The entrance road to Dubai Mall will be on the right. For visitors by metro: Go to the Burj Khalifa station. Note: The walking path from the metro station to the At the Top counter in the Burj Khalifa takes about 20 minutes.
