Description

Departure from the hotel at 14:30. Departure in a comfortable bus to the port. You will enjoy your time with a cup of Turkish tea, beautiful views around, and the company of curious seagulls – the constant companions of all ships. The cruise on the strait begins, during which you will learn about the history of the waterway's formation and the legends associated with it, one of which tells the unusual name of the "Cow's Passage." During the cruise, you will see the fortresses of Rumeli Hisar, the Galata Tower, and the Maiden's Tower, as well as the Dolmabahçe Palace and Çırağan Palace. You will pass under the famous bridges connecting the eastern and western shores: the Bosphorus Bridge, the Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror Bridge, the Sultan Selim Yavuz Bridge, and the Galata Bridge. The ferry will enter the Golden Horn Bay, which will be the final stop. Return to the hotel around 18:00.
