Petra (Jordan)

Description

Departure from the hotel at midnight. Drive to the ferry crossing point (about 3 hours). Transfer to the ferry to the Jordanian city of Aqaba (border crossing). Bus ride to Wadi Musa with stops in the canyon and at a souvenir shop (3 hours). Walk to the ancient city of Petra through the Siq canyon (about 1 kilometer). Visit to the Treasury Al-Khazneh (one of the most popular attractions). Tour of the Roman theater, royal tombs, monuments, and obelisks. Walk along the Roman Byzantine colonnade. Lunch at a restaurant. Ascent to Mount Al-Habis to the Crusader fortress and panoramic view. Light snack (juice, cookies). Return to Aqaba (1 hour free time for shopping). Journey back to Sharm El Sheikh. Return to the hotel around 1:00 am the next day.
