Excursion to Ephesus

Description

Your day will begin with a comfortable transfer that will pick you up directly from your hotel.

A stop for a rich breakfast at a cozy restaurant in the town of Mugla will create a great start to the day. Afterwards, an introduction to the ancient town of Selcuk awaits you, where you will hear fascinating legends and myths related to the time of the Roman Empire.

Arriving in Ephesus, you will be given free time for a self-guided sightseeing tour of this great ancient city - as much as 2 hours. A historian guide will accompany you on a city tour where you will visit the Celsus Library, the ancient amphitheater, the Church of the Virgin Mary, the Temple of Artemis and many other unique sites.

For lunch you will visit a cozy restaurant, where you will be served traditional Turkish dishes in buffet format. Afterwards you will be transferred back to your hotel.
