Ubud is the cultural heart of Bali. It is home to ancient temples, unique crafts, traditional woodcarving, painting and the national batik fabric. It is a place where past and present live side by side: ancient shrines neighbor with artists' workshops, and picturesque rice fields create an atmosphere of peace.

8:00 - Departure from your hotel lobby.

• A forest of monkeys - A nature reserve with hundreds of Balinese long-tailed macaques. An atmospheric place where ancient temples intertwine with the jungle and funny monkeys can be observed very close by.
• Tegalalang Rice Terraces - Bali's iconic landscape, where green steps of rice paddies cascade down into the valley. A great place for photos and walks amongst nature.
• Coffee plantations - A chance to see how coffee, spices, cocoa and tropical fruits are grown. Here you can taste the famous luwak coffee and other local beverages.
• Gunung Kawi Temple - One of the oldest temples on the island (11th century), carved directly into the rock. This place is called the "Valley of the Kings" as it houses the tombs of King Anak Vungsoo and his family. The atmosphere of antiquity and tranquility makes it truly special.
• Tirtha Empul Temple - A holy spring where the Balinese perform ablution and purification rituals. You will be able to go through the ritual together with the locals and feel the energy of this sacred place.
• Goa Gajah Temple (Elephant Cave) - A mystical place with an entrance carved into the rock in the shape of a monstrous face. Inside the cave, there are ancient meditation sites, a statue of Ganesha, the god of wisdom, and an ancient pool with fountains nearby.
• Pura Puseh Batubulan Temple - the place where you can see a traditional Balinese performance "Barong" - a colorful theatrical show about the struggle between good and evil, accompanied by dance and music.

14:00 - Return to the hotel.
