Dawn on the summit of Batur volcano

Description

One of the most popular adventures in Bali is meeting the dawn at the top of the active volcano Batur (1717m). This is not just a climb, but a real journey to the heart of the island, where you can see the first rays of sunlight illuminate the crater and Lake Batur.

2:00 - Departure from your hotel lobby.

• Checking out of the hotel. The shuttle will take you to your starting point.
• Welcome coffee break. Hot tea or coffee and a traditional banana pancake with chocolate are waiting for you in the office - a light snack before rising.
• Start tracking (about 4:00). You will be accompanied by a licensed guide who will help you safely ascend and take a photo as a souvenir. The climb takes about 2 hours.
• Rest stop. After about an hour's ride, there will be a short break to gain strength and drink water.
• Meeting the dawn on the summit of Batur volcano (around 6:00). The culmination of the trip! The view of Lake Batur, the neighboring mountains and the waking island is mesmerizing. Here you will be served breakfast: packed meals and eggs cooked directly in the hot volcanic steam. The atmosphere is unforgettable!
• Descent and return to the hotel.

10:00 - Return to the hotel.
