6:30 PM — Departure from hotel.
- Meeting and seating in a restaurant. You will find yourself in a traditional Khmer hall, decorated in the Angkorian era style, with carved elements and soft lighting.
- Buffet dinner. Guests can expect a rich selection of dishes: fish amok, Khmer soups, fresh seafood dishes, spicy appetizers, desserts, and seasonal fruits. Vegetarian and vegan options are available.
- Apsara Dance Show. Professional dancers in authentic costumes perform on stage. The dances are accompanied by live music on ancient instruments. You will see five traditional dances, including the royal Apsara dance, which has been performed at court since Angkorian times.
